RT Travel Cover Review with Video
The Travel season is here for the west coast and I am going through all the items that I take on a trip and one of those items is the RT Travel Cover by BRP.
The RT Travel Cover is exactly that, a shorten version of an outdoor cover for the RT to be used while you are on the road. The RT Travel Cover will protect the upper half of your RT from the dirt, rain and elements. Also when the RT Travel Cover is on the spectators will stay off your bike when you are not present to guard your RT.
We had a rain storm last night that brought a 1” of rain here in So. Cal. and 2” of snow at the 2,000 ft mark and 8” of snow at the 6,000 ft mark in the Laguna Mountains where I was a couple of weeks ago for the Calif. Snow Ryde.
I decided to do a review of the RT Travel Cover and the test was to create similar conditions of being on the road and parking the RT outside open to the elements and placing the RT Travel Cover on during the oncoming rain that was about to hit me here at home.
I documented the conditions of placing only the RT Travel Cover on and leaving the RT outside overnight and then the removal of the cover and what the condition of the RT and each of the storage compartments was in after the rain storm.
